Susan Barnes is a Wills & estate planning consultant with 16 years experience. Susan is a self employed associate of APS legal & Associates and works with clients all over the South East of England – primarily in Bucks, Berks and Oxfordshire. She is an associate member of the Institute of Professional Will writers.
Susan believes that Wills are all about family and relationships and she prides herself on putting clients at ease at what can be a stressful time. Clients are often anxious about the content of the initial meeting and the direction it might take but Susan’s professional, yet friendly nature soon puts them at their ease. One client even remarked that he never realised that giving his Will instructions could be so much fun!
Susan takes great care to give each potential client the time they need to talk about their issues in the privacy of their own home and in complete confidence. She offers advice on Lasting Power of Attorneys and will see the whole process through until all documents are correctly signed and valid.
Susan is a member of the Society of Genealogists, she loves getting to grips with family trees. A true people person and passionate about the value of family, Susan ensures the whole process is easy and not at all intimidating.
